OpenPanel has a built-in Varnish module that allows you to enable Varnish Cache with a single click:
By default, Varnish caches every GET request on your website.
To purge cache, you can disable and enable Varnish service from OpenPanel > Caching > Varnish or install the Proxy Cache Purge plugin to purge cache directly from wp-admin.
Install and activate the plugin, then open it’s settings page and under ‘Set Custom IP’ option set: varnish then click on ‘Save IP Settings’ button:

To test if Varnish is working and that cache can be purged from wp-admin, navigate to Check Caching page under plugin settings and click on ‘Run Full Cache Test’:

If varnish is running, plugin is able to connect to it using the ‘varnish’ setting and can purge cache:
